Who we are

Studio Valentijn is the photography practice of Valentijn Slot, based in Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 90843711. Send privacy questions to info@studiovalentijn.com.

Which data

When you fill in the contact form or schedule an introductory call, I receive your name, email address and what you enter about your assignment, such as date, location and number of guests.

What for

Only to respond to your request, make a proposal and, if we work together, carry out and invoice the assignment. Your data is not sold and not used for newsletters without your consent.

How long

Requests that don't lead to an assignment are deleted within a year. Assignment data is kept as long as legally required for the accounts, usually seven years.

Who helps with this

The website runs on Netlify, where the form messages also arrive. Email runs through Studio Valentijn's email provider. The fonts are loaded through Google Fonts. Only the data needed for the service to work is shared with these parties.

Photos

Photos from assignments are only used on this website or Instagram with the client's permission. Are you in a photo and would you like it removed? Send a message and I'll take it down.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email info@studiovalentijn.com for this. If you're not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
